Our beef is professionally processed by Big Mike’s Meats in Augusta.

Some of the most popular cuts of beef include: ground beef, roast (rump, sirloin, arm, tip), and steak (T-bone, sirloin, ribeye, porterhouse).

Average cut breakdown: 50% ground beef, 25% steaks, 25% roasts, ribs, etc.

Beef can be processed additionally into sausage, patties, or sticks upon request.

2022 Bulk Pricing

Fill your freezer with a custom quarter, half, or whole beef that has been pasture raised right here on our family farm. Buying directly from small farms like us is the most economical (and sustainable) way to purchase beef. Buying custom bulk beef allows you to purchase up to a year’s worth of beef at one low price per pound. The quantity of each cut may vary due to the weight of the animal, the steak thickness you choose, size of roasts, etc.. To secure your order, we require a small deposit of $100 per quarter of beef. We pride ourselves in producing the very highest quality beef, you will not regret choosing to feed your family with Spaeth Farms Hereford beef!

Current Hanging Weight Price: $3.50 per pound (this price includes all processing and packaging)

(Due to market fluctuations and processing costs, this price is subject to change. You will be notified prior to the processing of your order in the event that a change in price has to occur.)

  • -typically around 200 lbs. hanging weight. (200 lbs. x $3.50 = $700 total cost to you)

    -you receive around 125 lbs. of actual meat after all processing (all steaks, roasts, hamburger that you choose)

    -will fit in about 10 cubic feet of freezer space

    -will feed 2-3 adults for about one year

    (for optimal taste and freshness we recommend consuming your beef within 18 months of receiving it)

  • -typically around 400 lbs. hanging weight. (400 lbs. x $3.50 = $1,400 total cost to you)

    -you receive around 250 lbs. of actual meat after all processing (all steaks, roasts, hamburger that you choose)

    -will fit in about 20 cubic feet of freezer space

    -will feed 4-5 adults for around one year

    (for optimal taste and freshness we recommend consuming your beef within 18 months of receiving it)

  • -typically around 700 lbs. hanging weight. (700 lbs. x $3.50 = $2,450 total cost to you)

    -you receive around 500 lbs. of actual meat after all processing (all steaks, roasts, hamburger that you choose)

    -will fit in about 40 cubic feet of freezer space

    -will feed 8-9 adults for around one year

    (for optimal taste and freshness we recommend consuming your beef within 18 months of receiving it)
